RummyFlare (“RummyFlare”, or “we” or “our” or “us”) operates the RummyFlare website and mobile application (together, the “Platform”), enabling users in select states of India (“Users”, or “you” and its grammatical variations) to access and participate in online games of Rummy in various formats and variations.

This policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs how RummyFlare collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal information disclosed to us by Users in the course of their usage of the Platform, and forms an integral part of the Terms of Service between RummyFlare and you.
